CONSULTING, PLCC, located on South Padre Island, Texas,
primarily provides professional services in the Rio
Grande Valley; however, they have completed numerous
projects in Michigan and Florida. FUDGE CONSULTING, PLLC
provides windstorm engineering, project management,
construction management, general consulting and
management services for both private and government
clients.
Engineering projects range from parking lots to
subdivision developments, including site work, utilities
and structures, as well as complete windstorm services
on your new or remodeled structure(s).
Management services are provided to clients looking for
temporary assistance with the general management of
their business while new permanent staff are located and
orientated to the operations of the business. FUDGE
CONSULTING, PLCC assists with the daily operations while
pursing new permanent staff for our client.
Robert
Fudge has been providing professional engineering
services in the State of Texas since 1978. Mr. Fudge has
held top management positions both in private business
and in municipal government since graduating from Ferris
State University.
Specializing in construction engineering, Mr. Fudge has
provided engineering consultation, project management
and construction management services in the States of
Texas and Michigan, as well as project management
services in the State of Florida.
Using
his management background in engineering, construction
and finance, Mr. Fudge has served as the engineer of
record for several communities and counties in Michigan
and has been the engineer of records for over one
billion dollars of new construction during his extensive
engineering career.
Mr.
Fudge’s career includes over twenty years in private
practice providing engineering services to large and
small units of government and private developers. He has
been in responsible charge of projects including local
streets and bridges, county and state roads and bridges,
sewer and water extensions, office buildings, and
multi-million dollar water and wastewater treatment
facilities.
Mr.
Fudge also has fifteen years of experience in public
practice, holding positions as the top management
officer and chief engineer for two Counties in Michigan
and as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer
for the Town of South Padre Island.
Mr.
Fudge’s management and finance experience includes
managing an office for a private consulting engineering
firm and being the executive vice-president and
treasurer for another multi-million dollar engineering
firm.
In the
government field, Mr. Fudge was the chief administrative
officer for two county agencies responsible for daily
operations, project management, budgeting, engineering
and public relations for the organization.
Since
starting FUDGE CONSULTING, PLCC, Mr. Fudge has worked
primarily in the Cameron County area. Projects are
scheduled and completed in compliance with the client’s
wishes and we are proud that the majority of our work
comes from repeat clients who desire prompt,
professional, complete engineering and management
services from a local firm familiar with local codes and
ordinances.
